Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Any cancellations less than 24 hours must be made by phone and may result in a charge equal to 50% of the cancelled appointment fee. Missed or "no show" appointments without a call with be charged the 50% or the missed appointment prior to being rescheduled.
